Online English Classes – Booking Policy 📚 Course Package Each course consists of 10 lessons Each lesson is 55 minutes Total price: €190 Payment must be made in advance to confirm your booking 💳 Payment Policy Full payment (€190) is required before the first lesson Payment confirms your place in the course Lessons are booked only after payment is received 📅 Scheduling Lessons are scheduled in advance at mutually agreed times Students are expected to attend lessons on time A regular weekly schedule is recommended for best results 🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full Missed lessons (no-show) are non-refundable and non-transferable ⏳ Validity The 10-lesson package must be used within 10 weeks from the first lesson Extensions may be granted only in exceptional circumstances 💻 Technical Requirements Classes are hosted on Zoom.
